Last nights class was great! We had David and Ty from Pittman's Dojo show up and they tore up some swings. Deena rocked the swing and posted a great number with 75 total reps with the 16 kg. It's awesome to see progress and results.

This is my very first post to my very first blog. I'm sure this will be a nice sounding board for the great new venture I've embarked upon. To apprise anyone reading this, I'm owner of a Kettlebell training facility in Lubbock, TX. I have had the doors open for about a month now and I'm loving it. I have a facility where I specialize in group fitness training using kettlebells. I'm on my way to a class right now, but I wanted to at least start something on this blog. I will try to post my workouts on here for those who might be interested. Until next time...
